It all started with a wood fire pizza oven Chef Alan had been wanting to break in. With Chef Alan, that was just the tip of the iceberg. One idea led to another and another and another. We have brought that vision to life with our “speeshul” Pogo’s Market!
We have made available to the public the fresh, local, organic and handmade ingredients we use in our dishes every day. We have our fresh baked pastries, farm fresh organic eggs, fresh pressed juices, spices, artisanal pizzas, Take & Bake dishes, handmade pasta and more. We wanted to create a gathering place for those that live on Amelia Island. A place where foodies could be inspired with fresh local produce and getting a few recipe tips from Chef Alan. Shop, eat, have a seat and enjoy a sip of wine while listening to the live music under the oaks at Pogo’s Market.
